How do I know what skates to buy?

Check out our easy guides to help in choosing the right skates for you skater. Age, weight, ability level, size, foot shape, budget and goals are all considered in making an informed decision. 

Can I return them if they don’t fit or my coach is not happy with the choice?

If you followed all the guidelines and suggestions for a proper fit but the skates just won’t work for your skater, you may return UNUSED, UNSHARPENED skates within 30 days of purchase.  Check our return policy for details.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Skaters Landing takes all major credit cards plus PayPal.

How do you ship merchandise?

Orders are shipped by UPS. PO boxes and APOs will be shipped by USPS Priority and Overseas/International orders will be shipped by DHL. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Typically orders will be shipped by UPS within 24-48 hours. In order to expedite an item which is not in current inventory, we may have the manufacturer ship it to the customer directly. Some merchandise is considered a “Special Order”, which means it need to be produced by the manufacturer, and may take up to 6 weeks or longer to complete. You will be notified if this is the case, and asked if you wish to substitute a different, more readily accessible item. Delivery time depends on the distance from our main e-commerce center in Pennsylvania. East Coast is 1-2 business days, Midwest and South are 2-3 business days, Southwest and West are 4-5 business days by standard UPS. USPS priority is 2-3  business days. Please note weekends are not counted as business days.

Can I expedite shipping?

Expedited UPS shipping is available for a flat fee of $35.00 for 3 day select. 2 day and overnight service is also available for most areas, please contact our service center for a quote.

How can I track my order?

Customers will have tracking number provided when orders are shipped. Tracking is often not available until boxes reach the disbursement center. Customers will also be notified of any delays or exceptions due to inclement weather or holidays.

Do you offer professional discounts?

Coaches and professional tour skaters may qualify for a discount. Please contact our representative at Marion@skaterslanding.com or 978 810 9576 for specific details.

What if I want to order in bulk for a team or club?

Bulk discounts for team merchandise, like apparel, tights or skate bags are available. You can also set up a Shop ‘n Share day for online purchases for a 10% rebate directly to your group or organization.


What if I have questions about my order?

We would be happy to answer any questions! Our representatives have been in the skating industry as professionals, technicians, coaches, tour skaters, and skate parents for many years and are well versed in all facets of figure skating. You can use “Live Chat “or call our service center at 978 810 9576 if you have any questions relating to your order or merchandise choices.

Can I purchase a gift card in any amount?

Almost, gift cards are available in amounts of $25.00, $50.00, $75.00 and $100.00. Some personalization is available. Just let us know the name of the recipient, the amount, from whom and any personal message. We’ll dress it up for a birthday, anniversary or special reward for landing an axel! It will include a personal code to insert at check out. All Gift cards will be sent by email, so make sure we have the proper information for the recipient. We can also email it to the purchaser so that they may print it out and include in a card.

Am I charged tax on my order?

Only shipments to Connecticut are charged state sales tax
