Skate and Boot Care
Making sure that your equipment stays in top notch condition is essential in order to maintain the integrity of design and quality of performance.
Tips and Tricks: Make sure you maintain proper waterproofing on your boot soles. Most soles are compressed leather which can get badly damaged by moisture. If you put a thin layer of kitchen silicone ( or even Snoseal or Vaseline) under your blade, it will help keep the leather in screw holes from absorbing water, coming loose, and rotting the leather, indicated by black patches and softness.
